Nycka Nunes's duty and commitment (with clients) is:
- To respect the client as long as the client respects her and the contract and fulfills his/her duties.
- To be honest with the client when providing relevant information for the development of the work.
- To respect the client's profile when making choices regarding his/her personal style.
- To hold an initial meeting of up to two hours with the client to understand his/her profile and needs and to have the resources to offer a fully personalized service.
- To carry out a wardrobe evaluation of up to fifty pieces for the minimum value contract.
- To maintain the confidentiality of the service, revealing only information and/or images that do not identify the client or information and/or images whose disclosure is authorized by the client.
- To offer personalized services respecting the client's objectives, whenever the client's budget is consistent with his/her objectives.
- To cancel the service, without refund, if the client does not fulfill his/her duties.
Nycka Nunes has the right to:
- Receive additional payments for overtime worked, additional benefits offered, and to cover extra expenses to provide adequate customer service.
- Offer fewer services, less time, and fewer benefits to clients with smaller budgets.
- Have her vacation periods, meal times, and free time respected.
It is the client's duty to:
- Respect Nycka Nunes and fulfill his/her duties.
- Be honest with the stylist, providing true and accurate information.
- Make payments within the established deadlines.
- Respect the established meeting times.
- Photograph all of his/her clothing, underwear, accessories, jewelry, and footwear and send the photos to a shared folder with the stylist on Google Drive. The photos should be taken in a well-lit environment, preferably with natural light (daylight) to minimize changes in the colors and tones of the clothes. The client may request that the stylist take the photos, if the service is available in his/her location, for an additional fee.
- Respect the terms of the contract.
- Provide written feedback to the stylist regarding the services contracted and, when applicable, purchases made.
- Authorize the publication of feedbacks on the stylist's websites and social networks, among other media, when Nycka Nunes deems the publication relevant. Publication is automatically authorized.
The client's rights are:
- Request that a fictitious name be used when publishing feedback, before and after photos, etc.
- Request that Nycka Nunes personally take photos of the wardrobe analysis, if the service is available in the location where the client lives, as long as the client pays for the service.
- Veto some of the stylist's suggestions, according to the contract. There is a limit to vetoes, as there is a time limit and/or quantity of suggested items in each service.
